6th October - Mad Hatters Day #madhatterday
Mad Hatter Day celebrates the Mad Hatter, from Alice In Wonderland. Mad Hatter Day is the perfect opportunity for you to bring out your daft side. If you have ever seen Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland or read the book, then you will know all about the Mad Hatter. He is a silly character, who was originally illustrated by Sir John Tenniel. Known for his ridiculous riddles. A lovable character, and one that brings us in tune with our silly side. That is what Mad Hatter Day is all about!
What you could do:
Host an online Mad Hatters Tea Party - Via Zoom or Facebook Live!
Ask your community to share fancy dress photos of them and run a compeition for the best Mad Hatter.
Quote some of the Mad Hatters most famous sayings such as:
“You can draw water out of a water-well,” said the Hatter; “so I should think you could draw treacle out of a treacle-well--eh, stupid?”

16th October - World Food Day #worldfoodday
World Food Day is not only about celebrating the amazing food that we have the privilege of indulging in, but it is about raising awareness for people who do not have such privilege. There are people all over the world who are suffering from hunger. Starvation is a massive problem in a number of countries, and we need to do more to raise awareness and combat this problem. It seems crazy that we live in a world whereby a large portion of the population can indulge in any sort of food they wish without a second thought while others struggle to put food on the table.
We can also use World Food Day to raise awareness about healthy diets and what our bodies need. In recent times, education has grown about healthy diets and what foods are good and bad for our bodies, but we are not there yet! World Food Day gives us a great opportunity to further education and awareness in this area.
What you could do:
Ask your community to share photos of world food and tag you
Share photos of food and recipes
Do a live cook off or make a recipe live and send your fans a recipe card so they can join in with you!

29th October - Cat Day #CatDay
Cats people, you know what they’re like. They rule our lives as furry little gods, and have been cherished members of the family since long before the days of the Pyramids.
Cat Day was first created by Colleen Paige, a strong animal welfare advocate, to bring attention to the plight of the domestic cat. Cat’s are closely tied to humans, whether as pets or as feral animals ranging throughout cities and towns. As pets they are dearly loved and have been the source of some of the most ridiculous memes on the internet, and have brought joy and laughter to millions of people around the world.

Social Media LOVES Cats - Need I say more?
Ask your community to share photos of their companions whilst raising awareness for domestic cats.
